The Saket Collage Of Physical Education (SCOPE) is run by Shri Awdhoot Education Society,gondia. This institution is working in the field of physical education ,for the promotion of Indian games and physical culture in this area .it is also mainly instrumental in introducing the Indian games in the university sports as well as state and national games.
This college is affiliated to R.T.M. Nagpur University , Nagpur in 1994 with the permission of the state govt. of Maharashtra to conduct the course in physical education .the collage is recognized by NCTE, Bhopal. The collage is co-educational and admits both men and women students all over the Maharashtra state and other part of country.
The scope is situated at the starting point of maharashtra on hawrah-mumbai railway route between raipur & nagpur . gondia is directly
connected with all major cities of India with rail & bus routes.
The college is presently located at fulchur road, bajaj nagar that is
hardly 1 K.M. from main railway station & 1.5 km from bus station.
The purpose of opening of the collage is to produce highly qualified
teachers in the field of physical education, recreation and sports.

Admission Procedure
1) The student is expected to fill in the prescribed admission form of the Saket College of physical Education, Gondia
2) The student should fill in the admission form in his/her own handwriting and send the same to the Mahavidyalaya before the due date, duly attached with the required documents.
3) The final admission will be only after personal interview.

Required Documents For Admission And Eligibility Criteria
a) The school or college leaving certificate in original.
b) Mark sheet or the last examination passed or failed together in original with two duly attested true copies of it.
c) Migration certificate, in case of students , who are students of a board other than the pune board or other than the maharashtra state board of secondary education ,A late fee as per university norms , will be charged if the migration certificate is not submitted by the student before due date.
d) Student who have passed the examination shall submit school or college leaving certificate together with character certificate from two respectable citizens .
e) An employee, joining the college shall submit no objection certificate in original from his employer.
f) Graduate in any subject with physical education as an elective subject or
graduate in any subject having offered physical education at the senior secondary level and securing an aggregate of 45% marks or any graduate having represented state/ university in sports / games /athletics or any graduate who has secured 1st, 2nd, 3rd, position in inter college sport/ games tournament or any graduate with atleast 45% marks.
