The DPC Institute of Management (DPCIM), was established in 1984 as the academic wing of DELHI PRODUCTIVITY COUNCIL (DPC) which is affiliated to National Productivity Council. Since its establishment, the institute has aimed at imparting professional education in management to graduates and equipping them with the skills and abilities required to take up successfully the responsibility of managerial positions.

Placement
The Institute has a Placement Cell for providing assistance in Placement of the full-time students. The cell maintains a continuous contact with industrial concerns and other agencies. The cell is managed by a Placement Officer with assistance of Placement Committee consisting of faculty members and student representative. The cell also provides course counselling and acts as a channel of communication between prospective employers and students. Senior executives from industrial and business organizations and other agencies are invited to conduct campus interviews.
Admission
Admission is made on the basis of Management Aptitute Test (MAT) conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) and Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by the Institute.
