Keeping in mind our visions and in response to the needs of our times, we aim at forming well-integrated persons who will strive to transform society by meeting challenges of life and taking stand in struggle of poor & the marginalised.

• In order to make our mission more effective we work in collaboration with teachers, the Govt., local people and neighbourhoods.
• Priority to be given to vocational, industrial, technical and scientific education.
• Care to be take to teach English making use of innovative, intensive methods so that the student would become proficient and fluent in English and the other languages i.e. Hindi, Marathi.
• To introduce subjects that can be specific to local resources needs and opportunities like English, Hindi, Rural Economics, Business Economics, Co-operation, Secretarial Practice, Political Science, Sociology & History.
• To introduce job oriented courses in computer programming and information technology that would provide better job opportunities to the needy.
• To organise lectures of eminent personalities.
• To arrange study tour to the advanced centres.
• To encourage students to participate in debate, essay writing competition, youth festival and other activities.
• To organise various extension activities in addition to NSS / NCC for cultivating values like national integration, patriotism, equality, scientific temper humanism, socialism, peace, secularism and democracy.
• Preparing students for P.G. studies and equipping them with tools and methodology of research in future.
