MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Professional and business people wishing to acquire, update or consolidate their practical skills, now have access to a new, results orientated, skills development course, to meet the challenges of the new millennium.

The Management Development Programme is in effect a foundation course in management training. The course is the result of extensive study into the needs of new and middle management, designed to cover a wide range of management skills and functions. This course will provide delegates with an integrated approach to understanding the complex problems of managing people and organizations.

The major emphasis is on what managers do and how they can improve their performance, efficiency and effectiveness to the benefit of their careers and company.

Method of Assessment
Examination (3 hours) plus course assignments and post course project.
To qualify for the certificate participants must pass both the examination and the course assignments and the post course assignment with an average mark of 50%.
