The key points to be considered why taking the Bachelors Degree in Social Work are:
1. The aim of social work is to improve the livelihood of the poor through education and support.
2. A bachelor's degree in social work (BSW), psychology, or sociology is required for virtually all entry-level jobs in the field.
3. Social work includes of caseworkers, health care social workers, human services social workers, and school social workers. |

Eligibility:
You can apply for a MSW with a bachelor's in another area of study.
Depending on the school's requirements, you may need to complete additional prerequisites.
As far as an entrance exam, you'll need to inquire with the School of SW where you are considering applying. They vary from school to school.
In general, the school wants to be sure that you are dedicated to helping others through working in the field of Human Services and that you have the background and self-awareness to do so. |
