Hazards of Smoking

"Smoking" is a general topic always in discussion, but nobody is ready to quit smoking knowing the cause of it. This is a talk about hazards of smoking...Smoking is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Smoking still remains one of the leading cause of preventable death. It has a dubious distinction of affecting all the systems from head to foot.
The immediate cause of smoking include eye irritation, asthma, headache, cough, sore throat, dizziness and nausea. Passive smoking may increase the risk of occurrence of lung cancer. Also the children are most effected by way of secondhand smoke. When parents smoke in front of children, their respiratory tracts are most seriously effected by secondhand smokes and also the parents themselves are damaging the health of their younger generation.
The main hazards of smoking are heart disease, increase in blood pressure, lung cancer, abdomen problems, Hypertension, mouth disease, respiratory problems and u can go on ....
The cigar's will have a saying " Smoking is injurious to health" please try to follow and day by day stop smoking to save your family!!!.
