Sit while studying with your spinal cord straight.
Sleep well (6 hours a day)
Eat healthy diet foods.
Parent care:
Often visit your child’s school and get in touch with his / her teachers.
Speak openly to your child so that he / she feels that he / she is safe to share any of his / her problems with you in the future.
Sit with your child and help him / her in their studies
Make your child to participate in few extra-curricular activities.
Avoid fried items to consume your child.
While going to exam, wish them and send him / her happily.
