Uni-assist is a Berlin based non-profit organisation
that helps international students planning to apply for admission in
German universities. It is also an entity that assesses whether foreign
applicants have met the minimum formal requirements for admission as
stipulated by the German universities.

Uni-assist was founded by the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK), the
German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and a range of German
universities to simplify the university application process
and to assist universities with assessing the educational credentials
of prospective students from around the world. At present, more than 120
German universities, including HTWK Leipzig, co-operate with
uni-assist.
