ALLTERE Education Management Company (ALLTERE) is an education project management company that manages education projects in China, Philippines & India. ALLTERE has its registered office in Hong Kong and operational regional offices in India [Handling South Asian markets], China [Far East], Thailand [South East Asia], Mauritius [African Markets] and USA [North American markets]. ALLTER works with a network of associates in over 40 countries {In Asia, Africa, Middle East, North America} working for all programs of ALLTERE.

ALLTERE is co-owned by Xavier University, Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles and also functions as its promotion / project management arm.

The Proposal:
1. ALLTERE in Association with its partner universities in Philippines has established the pathway for the direct MD (Doctor of Medicine) program. Candidates who have completed their BS in the following disciplines are eligible for getting admissions.
i. Nursing
ii. Pharmacy
iii. Physiotherapy
iv. Bio-technology
v. Bio-medicaine
vi. Physics or Chemistry or Biology (Any Science degree)
vii. Dentistry
viii. Anthropology
2. The students can study for 4 years in Philippines and get the MD degree or study 3 years in Philippines and for year 4 they can                 transfer to programs in USA or UK.
3. Our partner universities in Philippines are recognized CHED, WHO, IMED, California medical Board (one of the toughest medical              boards in USA to get recognition from).
4. Upon completion of the MD program, the student is eligible for taking up the MCI Screening test as per THE INDIAN MEDICAL                  COUNCIL ACT, 1956 (102 of 1956) 30th December, 1956 (As amended by the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Acts, 1964, 1          993 & 2001)Section 14 (4A).
